Netherlands

  • €5.95 flat rate applies to orders under €44.99.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over €45.
  • PostNL is our delivery partner.
  • Delivery days (calculated from shipment date) is about 2 to 4 business days.
  • If the product is in stock, we will arrange shipping within approximately 2 to 3 business days after confirming payment for your order.
  • If the product you ordered is a pre-order product or the product is out of stock, the shipment operation will be arranged according to the order sequence.

Taiwan

  • $150TWD flat rate applies to orders under $899TWD.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $900TWD.
  • Hsinchu Shipping is our delivery partner that will handle all shipments in Taiwan.
  • Delivery days (calculated from shipment date) is about 2 to 4 business days.
  • If the product is in stock, we will arrange shipping within approximately 2 to 3 business days after confirming payment for your order.
  • If the product you ordered is a pre-order product or the product is out of stock, the shipment operation will be arranged according to the order sequence.
  • Covered delivery area is Taiwan main island. Orders outside of this area is subject to additional shipping cost, which we may contact you separately to confirm.
