Refund policy

Non-returnable items

For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products.

If you have issues with your order or how it arrived, please contact us at orders@nommii.com with your order number, brief explanation of the issue, and any photo evidence.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure the item is in it's original packaging and un-opened in case we need to process a return or replacement.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@nommii.com.

 

Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-opened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@nommii.com. Please state the reason for return with photo evidence and receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll give you resolution options in the form of a refund (excluding shipping cost) or replacement (excluding shipping cost). In the event that you need to send the item back to us, shipping cost will be your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Situations where we cannot process returns (Applicable to orders shipped to Taiwan only):

  • Damaged due to mishandling of the product.
  • Damage caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, environmental factors, etc.
  • Improper storage methods, prolonged storage until expiration and other factors cause product spoilage.
  • Misreading, incorrect orders, not to your taste and other personal factors.

Notes on returns and exchanges (Applicable to orders shipped to Taiwan only):

  • Returned or exchanged items must be "new and unopened" and "completely packaged." If your product has been opened and used, we will not be able to provide returns or exchanges!
  • Please check the completeness and accuracy of the product immediately upon arrival. If the goods you receive are defective, please email your order details, statement of the problem with the goods, and attach photos of the damage to orders@nommii.com, and we will contact you as soon as possible;
  • Only one free return/exchange service is provided for a single order. Once the product has been exchanged or returned, you will not be able to apply for return (exchange) service again for a single order;
  • If due to partial refund or the order amount does not meet the conditions for free shipping, the basic shipping fee will be deducted from the refund;
  • If you cause any damage to your products by purchasing them from a place other than this website or from a "sales channel" other than those listed above, our company will not be able to assume warranty responsibility for your products or provide you with any return or exchange services.
