HOW TO COOK?

  • Bring water to a boil and cook noodles for 5-6 minutes (recommended).

  • Drain water and combine the sauce packet and the noodles in a bowl, stir and toss well.

  • Add garnish and enjoy!

Most instant noodles in the market are flash deep-fried (in case you didn’t know), this results in high fat content and lower nutritional value. Our noodles are 60-hour air-dried / sun-dried, never deep fried, resulting in lower fat content, lower calories, and higher protein. Also, our noodles contain oats, giving it an extra bouncy texture without the need for additives.

A serving of NOMMii includes 90g of noodles and is typically more than most instant noodles per pack in the market.

Bouncy and delicious

I eat a lot of noodles and very familiar with all these Taiwan knife cut noodles. These noodles are stellar. They are bouncy and the sauce is spicy and as the name suggests, tingly. If you add an egg, some scallions, and sometimes I like to add some acid like lime juice, it’s freaking delicious.

These are surprisingly good. Quality of the Noodles justify the price as you don’t need to leave your home for quality noodles or order delivery for restaurant level taste.

Some of the best dry noodles I’ve ever had

I am completely and utterly OBSESSED. These are GREAT quality noodles. Thicc. And not deep fried!! Flavor wise, just the right amount of spice and more a sichuan spice which is very tasty.

Easy weeknight meals
