HOW TO COOK?

Bring water to a boil, and cook noodles for 5 (chewy) to 6 (soft) minutes.
Drain the water (you can save a spoonful of water, so it's extra saucy!) and combine the sauce packets and the noodles in a bowl, stir and toss well.
Add garnish or your favorite toppings (a fried-egg, some veggies, etc). Enjoy!

Most instant noodles in the market are flash deep-fried (in case you didn’t know), this results in high fat content and lower nutritional value. Our noodles are 60-hour air-dried / sun-dried, never deep fried, resulting in lower fat content, lower calories, and higher protein. Also, our noodles contain oats, giving it an extra bouncy texture without the need for additives.
